⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had a truck break down on the road and needed help quickly. The response time was excellent, communication was great, and Leonel was professional and knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. What really stood out was his determination to get the job done. The repair turned out to be more difficult than expected, but giving up was never an option. Every possible effort was made—and then some—to figure out the problem, get it fixed, and get us back on the road. That level of dedication, patience, and work ethic is rare and absolutely deserves recognition. Reliable, skilled, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond for a customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again and would highly recommend this service to any owner-operator or trucking company. Thank you, Leonel, for going the extra mile and getting us back on the road! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could give Leonel 10 stars I would! Thankfully Bauer Built referred me to him. He showed up in a very short time with a very good used tire. He is extremely friendly and worked quick to get me back on the road. I hope you never have to use this service, but if you do, this is the guy you want!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars - Absolutely top-notch service! As a fellow truck driver, finding reliable roadside assistance can be tough, but this gentleman went above and beyond. He showed up fast, came extremely well-organized, and worked cleanly and safely to get my trailer tire replaced. You can tell right away that he’s a driver himself—he understands the struggle, knows exactly what he’s doing, and respects your time. Fair pricing, awesome attitude, and professional quality work. I highly recommend his service to anyone stranded on the road!

I was on my way home tonight when I was just outside West Branch when I had a tire blow out. I reached out to them to see if they did suv tire changes or knew of any 24 hour places that would be open on this holiday weekend. He said that fortunately he had a used tire that would work to get me home. If he doesn’t have the tire and a tire shop is open he will run and pick up the tire and meet you with it to change it! He came right to where I was and had the tire completely changed in 10-15 minutes. He is great and efficient at what he does. If you’re a truck driver make sure to give some small talk as I’m a trucker too and he is great company while he works on it. Thank you for getting us back on the road again!

I am highly impressed with this man's professionalism. We needed roadside service for a belt replacement on our Freightliner Cascadia. At first, we thought the issue was a bad alternator pulley. He came fully prepared bringing an alternator, extra belts, and a tensioner to save us both money and time. He diagnosed the real problem as a loose tensioner and poor service from the previous shop. For a total of 2.3 hours of work, he only charged us for 2 hours, which is impressive compared to other shops. He even helped with a tire issue and didn’t charge a call-out fee. Outstanding service overall.
